We reached out to Senan and NPD to help us develop a new COVID map to help our customers navigate the new normal this season with so much focus being outdoors. After a couple of discussions, he produced a map which was spot-on to service our guests and guide them through our expanded outdoor services. Senan’s knowledge of the ski industry is so helpful in producing a guide like this – he understands what both we and the customer need.

With six different base areas between Killington and Pico we had a lot of changes to how our guests access services that we needed to communicate in a simple way. We chose to work with North Pole Design on the base area maps since they could be used both digitally and in print prior to arrival and on-site. Senan was quick to pull them together and accommodating with changes we were making as they were being designed.

Senan was fantastic to work with. He was extremely prompt with back and forth requests and ultimately gave us a finished product that we were not only proud of, but also heavily improved from our previous map which made communicating with guests just that much easier. Highly recommended!
