We are thrilled with the new Ad that Senan at North Pole Design created for us. We needed to convey a message to our customers that is hard to do with text and images. Senan was able to understand what we needed to convey and turn it into and awesome ad. Senan was extremely accommodating of our many requests for tweaks and change. With six different base areas between Killington and Pico we had a lot of changes to how our guests access services that we needed to communicate in a simple way. We chose to work with North Pole Design on the base area maps since they could be used both digitally and in print prior to arrival and on-site. Senan was quick to pull them together and accommodating with changes we were making as they were being designed.
We reached out to Senan and NPD to help us develop a new COVID map to help our customers navigate the new normal this season with so much focus being outdoors. After a couple of discussions, he produced a map which was spot-on to service our guests and guide them through our expanded outdoor services. Senan’s knowledge of the ski industry is so helpful in producing a guide like this – he understands what both we and the customer need.
We partnered with Senan / North Pole Design to redesign our resort maps, including maps for our 4 season recreation trails. We loved the results. He is extremely responsive and was able to work effortlessly with our schedule. We would not hesitate to recommend NPD to anyone!
I worked with Senan and North Pole Design to create a Base Area map for the Steamboat Ski Area. Senan, photographed and researched the nuances of our base area and created a visually attractive and extremely usable map. Senan was on time and on budget even after numerous changes and at times little direction. We are extremely pleased with North Pole Design’s professionalism and product.
Being faced with creating a sizable theme park map in a very short timeline is a large undertaking. We changed all of our Midwestern resort websites to a responsive program.
With that we also felt our trail maps were outdated and needed a fresh look.
We worked with Senan and NPD to update 8 maps over the summer. Senan was able to manage working on all of them as well as our different resorts, Peak Marketing team, and
also ensure all risk/legal terms were appropriately done even with some last minute revisions.
North Pole Design provided fast and incredible customer service. Not only did Senan deliver a great product, but the turnaround time was unmatched to anyone else. Through countless revisions and critiques from other members of the team, NPD made the design process easy, fast and enjoyable. We reached out to Senan/NPD when we needed a trail map created for McIntyre Ski Area. We designed an entirely new map and named all the trails. Senan’s turnaround time and creative expertise helped capture details down to the fire pits. Our guests have expressed the ease in planning for their trip to the mountain and staff enjoy the accuracy it has provided in communications internally and externally. Senan also quickly made last minute requests and sent the files in a variety of formats to fit different marketing materials.
